My name is Claire Partridge and I am a female personal trainer based in Loughborough, Leicestershire in a private fitness studio offering one to one personal training sessions.
I'm a mum of three who never thought it would be possible to achieve what I have done.
I tried lots of different diets and fitness classes over the years but I never seemed to get the results I wanted.
Eventually, in 2018 I decided to invest in a personal trainer and from then on I have never looked back.
I quickly realised that fitness training was going to be my passion for life.
I saw my body shape change and my general health improve as I began to exercise with real purpose and make positive changes with nutrition.

With the knowledge and experience I have gained over the last 4 years I feel confident that I can now help others achieve their goals.
There is nothing more important to me than helping someone to go through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong.
Whatever your goal may be, fat loss, muscle gain or just a healthy lifestyle, I want to be there for those who want to bring about change. To help you discover the benefits and importance of training and nutrition that have helped me become the person I am today.
I understand that life can be hectic, whether it be juggling the children or working full time, it is often tough to find time for yourself.
Training to me is not only about exercise. It is an entire lifestyle change, encompassing physical and mental wellbeing with nutrition and being able to get a great work / life balance.
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle.
I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Together I am sure we can achieve great things.
